The Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is an annual observance on November 20 that honors the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence. This event will be an opportunity to honor this day, become aware of those transgender individuals that have passed in the last year, and mourning their passing through the experience of listening to Wyetta render North Indian Classical ragas meant for grieving and mourning. Participants will be seated on the floor. Backjacks and pillows will be available. You are invited to bring a pillow to sit upon for your comfort.
